Brian Quartey's cover submission to Advanced Healthcare Materials is now published as FrontIsPiece (fron·tis·piece /ˈfrən(t)isˌpēs/). Never heard of it, but apparently it is an illustration facing the title page of a book, but here it is!
It illustrates his first first author paper Matrix-Bound Hyaluronan Molecular Weight as a Regulator of Dendritic Cell Immune Potency. Large molecular weight hyaluronic acid (in purple) suppresses dendritic cell (in green) activation and maturation. Brian, learnt blender incorporating the .stl of collagen hydrogels made by Anna Garcia-Sabaté eons ago.
